About the role
Waterlea Lifecare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent full‑time position (32 + hours per week) at its 61‑bed care home in Blenheim, New Zealand. You will work in a friendly, family‑oriented environment providing high‑quality nursing care to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of caregivers to deliver compassionate care.
- Develop, monitor and update individual care plans.
- Conduct clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
- Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or abroad.
- Current APC registration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Genuine passion for helping people and a collaborative team spirit.
- Commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement.
