Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care that meets the standards of “good enough for mum and dad”.
• Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Assess residents, create and regularly review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications, and ongoing support.
• Utilise Ryman’s purpose‑built care app, myRyman, to document care and communicate with the team.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators in daily operations.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for Registered Nurses.
• Reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to share knowledge and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Kindness, compassion, and a strong drive to deliver high‑quality resident care.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
