Clinical Provider – Flexible Telehealth & Onsite Support

About the role

Intellect is seeking qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver 1:1 telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations for employees across New Zealand. The role supports wellbeing, stress management and resilience for a diverse client base, including local and global Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations, offering general advice only.
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve EAP programs.

Required profile

• For counsellors: Master’s in Counselling and active membership/registration with NZAC.
• For clinical psychologists: Master’s in Clinical Psychology from an APAC‑accredited program, general registration with the NZ Psychologists Board, and preferably an Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
• Nice‑to‑have: background in managerial or leadership support, prior EAP or workplace counselling experience, additional languages, and flexibility for occasional onsite sessions.
