Registered Nurse – Flexible Coverpool Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Coverpool Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Joel Retirement Village in St Heliers, Auckland. The role offers flexible shift patterns (Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday) across AM, PM or night shifts, with a minimum of 27.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents, ensuring care meets the “good enough for mum and dad” standard.
• Assess residents, develop and review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications and ongoing support.
• Utilise Ryman’s purpose‑built care app “myRyman Care” and other pioneering technology.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators in daily operations.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) in New Zealand.
• Reliable, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Kindness, compassion and a drive to deliver high‑quality resident care.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Clinical nursing competencies for aged‑care settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems (e.g., “myRyman Care”).
