Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care that meets the standards of "good enough for mum and dad".
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Assess residents, create and review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications and ongoing support.
• Utilise the purpose‑built myRyman care app to document care and communicate with the clinical team.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators as needed.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Reliable, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to share knowledge and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Kindness, compassion and a drive to deliver high‑quality care.
• New Zealand work rights (overseas candidates must already hold these).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myRyman care application.
