Registered Nurse – Fixed Shifts at Ryman Care Centre

About the role

Join Ryman’s supportive nursing team at the state‑of‑the‑art Keith Park Village in Hobsonville. You will work fixed Tuesday‑Saturday evening shifts, providing high‑quality, compassionate care to our residents while enjoying a balanced work‑life schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred nursing care that meets the standards of “good enough for mum and dad”.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Assess residents, develop and regularly review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications and ongoing support.
• Utilise Ryman’s purpose‑built care app, myRyman, to document care and communicate with the clinical team.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators with day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for Registered Nurses.
• Reliable, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to share knowledge and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Kindness, compassion and a strong drive to deliver high‑quality resident care.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
