About the role

Join Ryman’s supportive nursing team at the Rowena Jackson Retirement Village in Invercargill. You will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to residents while enjoying consistent fixed shifts that promote work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
• Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Assess residents, create and review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments and ongoing support.
• Utilise Ryman’s purpose‑built care app, myRyman, for documentation and communication.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators in daily operations.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Reliable, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ability to share knowledge and work collaboratively.
• Kindness, compassion, and a drive to deliver high‑quality care.
• New Zealand work rights.
