Registered Nurse – Casual (Dunedin)

About the role

Redroofs Lifecare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for casual, as‑needed shifts across all hours, including nights and weekends. You will join a multicultural team delivering hospital‑standard care to residents in a 50‑bed aged‑care home.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of caregivers to ensure high‑quality resident care.
• Develop, monitor, and update individual care plans.
• Perform clinical assessments and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and GPs.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or overseas.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a collaborative team spirit.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement.
