About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to launch and grow our new Waikato operation. Backed by an established engineering business, you will have the autonomy to shape the regional strategy and drive commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and growth of the new Waikato regional operation.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s engineering services.
- Manage budgets, resources and performance metrics for the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and local stakeholders.
- Identify and drive business development opportunities to expand market presence.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in managing regional or multi‑site operations.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
