Regional Business Development Manager – Lubricants (South Island)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to lead the lubricants portfolio across the South Island, based in Christchurch. The role focuses on expanding market share for premium brands such as Fuchs, Castrol and Superiol, building new client relationships and deepening existing partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new commercial and automotive oil customers throughout the South Island.
• Promote and market the company’s lubricants brands, delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing oil partners, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive profitable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or business development within the lubricants, oil or automotive sector.
• Strong solution‑selling mindset with the ability to turn complex challenges into partnership opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Residency in the South Island or willingness to relocate to Christchurch.
