About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The role involves planning, managing and executing the full hiring cycle to attract the best candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and assessments.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on appropriate channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
