Recruitment Advisor

About the role

As a Recruitment Advisor you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions. You will play a key part in attracting, selecting and onboarding talent that fits CORDE’s projects and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Utilise recruitment data and the ELMO system to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent CORDE at networking events, career fairs and community outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, both field‑based and office‑based.
• Background in construction, infrastructure or related sectors is preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or equivalent experience.
