Quality Systems Manager – Healthcare Logistics

About the role

EBOS Group is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead and develop quality systems for its growing healthcare logistics business. This newly created position offers a hybrid work model with four days on‑site and one day remote, providing flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of five quality professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed quality into logistics processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality systems in a regulated healthcare or medical device setting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and GMP regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
