Property Manager – Auckland

About the role

Join a progressive Auckland‑based property management firm and deliver high‑quality service to landlords and tenants. You will manage a portfolio of up to 115 residential properties, ensuring rent is collected, inspections are completed, and stakeholder queries are addressed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of up to 115 investment properties, handling rent collection and arrears.
• Schedule and conduct regular property inspections across the city.
• Provide timely information and support to landlords and tenants.
• Maintain compliance with New Zealand property regulations and company best practices.
• Utilise property management software and other digital tools to record activities and generate reports.
• Participate in on‑call emergency support rotation (approximately every 7‑8 weeks).

Required profile

• Proven residential property management experience in Auckland.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Tech‑savvy with confidence using phones, laptops and new software.
• Independent, trustworthy team player who values compliance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and friendly communication style.
• Available to work 8:30 am‑5:00 pm weekdays and occasional after‑hours calls.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Permanent Resident or New Zealand citizen with a full driver’s licence.
• Clear background checks.
