About the role

The Programme Co-ordinator will join the Te Ara Rau Access & Choice (TARAC) team to drive collaboration, improve systems, and support people to thrive. This permanent, full‑time position is based onsite in Palmerston North Central and focuses on building partnerships that enhance community wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor programme activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Support the team in organising events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
