Key responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Provide front‑of‑house customer service, assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
- Support the company website by updating product information and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Assist with retail operations, including stock handling and point‑of‑sale transactions.
