Product Trainer – Legal AI

About the role
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Product Trainer focused on Legal AI to join its ANZ Customer Training Team. You will work closely with sales and product teams to help customers adopt and maximise usage of our generative AI software through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding and training programmes tailored to client needs.
- Maintain regular check‑ins with customers to understand goals, identify training opportunities, and provide continuous assistance.
- Assist customers with research queries to ensure they extract maximum value from the platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Commercial teams to share insights and drive product improvements.
- Develop long‑term customer success strategies that boost satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Required profile
- Law degree (mandatory); recent graduates are welcome.
- Interest in legal technology and AI‑enabled solutions.
- Experience delivering training or customer‑facing services in a professional setting (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and a commitment to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work effectively on cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Understanding of the legal technology landscape.
- Familiarity with generative AI software concepts.
