Product Manager – Personal Lending Transformation

About the role

The Product Manager, Personal Lending Transformation will lead the redesign of ANZ's personal lending journeys, delivering faster, simpler and more seamless experiences for customers. Working within the Personal Digital, Strategy & Execution team, you will collaborate with product, technology and business partners to turn insights into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver improvements across personal lending customer journeys.
• Prioritise opportunities using customer insights and data, balancing experience, commercial outcomes and risk.
• Partner with product, technology and business stakeholders to implement enhancements.
• Support delivery of strategic lending initiatives and large‑scale business change.
• Contribute to the personal lending roadmap and ensure customer‑centric decision making.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, digital transformation or customer journey delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical thinking with ability to use data and insights for evidence‑based decisions.
• Proven track record supporting project delivery or large‑scale business change initiatives.
