About the role
One Partner is looking for a motivated individual to join its broker support team in Auckland. This on‑site, full‑time position offers comprehensive training to become a qualified consumer finance adviser within one of New Zealand’s busiest brokerages.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programmes to develop advisory skills.
- Support senior brokers in daily operations and client interactions.
- Learn and apply consumer finance advice under supervision.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for a career in consumer finance and advisory services.
- Willingness to undergo full training and follow a clear progression path.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing team.
