Key responsibilities
- Take accountability for your product area, understand the metrics that matter and drive measurable improvements.
- Get to the heart of customer and business problems, frame them clearly and determine the best way forward.
- Build a deep understanding of diners and restaurant partners through first‑hand insight and product behaviour.
- Interrogate product data to spot opportunities, validate assumptions, prioritise work and measure impact.
- Balance impact, effort, risk and timing; be comfortable saying no and cutting scope when needed.
- Run a well‑organised backlog, write clear requirements and collaborate with design and engineering to keep delivery moving.
- Form hypotheses, run experiments and A/B tests, measure results and decide next steps.
- Keep stakeholders informed on decisions, progress, trade‑offs and risks with clear communication.
- Use AI across research, data interrogation, prototyping and writing to accelerate ideas and improve workflow.
Required profile
- Solid product management experience within a digital product environment.
- Experience in a marketplace, e‑commerce, B2C or high‑volume consumer product business.
- Track record of owning product problems end‑to‑end and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong execution skills, turning ambiguity into clear priorities and shipped work.
- Confidence using data and analytics to investigate problems, make decisions and measure impact.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing from hypothesis through to learning and action.
- Strong prioritisation and the confidence to challenge, say no and cut scope when needed.
- Enough technical understanding to work confidently with engineers and navigate trade‑offs.
- Hands‑on, customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and practical use of AI.
- Experience in a two‑sided marketplace or exposure to growth, conversion optimisation, bookings, hospitality or travel is a plus.
