Procurement Business Partner – Auckland

About the role

Oceania is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to join its Corporate Office in Auckland CBD. You will support the transformation of procurement processes, help roll‑out the Esker Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) system, and act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement transformation initiatives, including supplier engagement, reporting, governance and process improvement.
• Assist with the rollout, onboarding, training and ongoing optimisation of the Esker P2P system.
• Provide first‑line support to system users and drive adoption and compliance.
• Participate in sourcing activities such as RFQs, supplier engagement and CAPEX procurement.
• Guide stakeholders on procurement policies, systems and processes.
• Maintain supplier and contract data integrity and support contract administration.
• Generate procurement insights through reporting and analytics.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or commercial roles.
• Experience supporting sourcing activities and supplier engagement.
• Exposure to procurement systems; P2P system experience is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, supply chain or related field; MCIPS preferred.
