Price and Promotion Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Price and Promotion Manager to join Mars Incorporated in Auckland. This hybrid role sits at the core of our commercial strategy, driving revenue through strategic pricing and promotional initiatives across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximise profitability and market share.
• Design, execute and analyse promotional campaigns to support sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, finance and supply chain to align pricing decisions with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and consumer behaviour to inform pricing adjustments.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial strategy, preferably within a manufacturing or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on attitude and a desire to grow within a family‑owned business.
