About the role
We are looking for two enthusiastic Port Coordinators to join our on‑site team in Swanson, Auckland. This casual role supports cruise ship arrivals and ensures smooth transport operations for passengers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate port activities and schedules for cruise ship visits.
- Manage passenger flow and liaise with ship crew and transport providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and process required documentation and reports.
- Respond quickly to operational issues and provide solutions.
