Physiotherapist – Community & Rehabilitation

About the role

TBI Health is looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Hawke's Bay multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The position involves delivering community‑based services under ACC contracts as well as private rest‑home and in‑home care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient education, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a variety of cases including musculoskeletal, concussion, neurological and chronic pain.
• Liaise with external partners such as specialists, GPs, rest‑home staff and ACC to support client rehabilitation.
• Collaborate within a supportive interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of client care.
• Meet service KPIs while contributing to professional growth.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapist, open to all experience levels including new graduates.
• Willingness to work in community settings and engage with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
