Pharmacy Manager – Invercargill

About the role

Woolworths Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Invercargill store. You will be responsible for delivering professional health services, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience, and supporting the wellbeing of the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and schedule pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and dispensing technicians.
• Accountable for accurate dispensing of medicines and handling pharmacy product queries.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and uphold merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support community health initiatives.
• Mentor and pre‑cept two intern pharmacists, fostering their professional development.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a current APC.
• Full New Zealand working rights.
• Minimum three years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Proven leadership ability and a passion for mentoring staff.
• Retail experience is a strong plus.
