Performance Test Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

DataAnnotation is looking for a Performance Test Engineer who will act as an AI Trainer. You will work remotely, creating and evaluating coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models. The role offers flexible hours and the ability to choose projects that match your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse coding problems, with a focus on Android development, to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences future AI model iterations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferably experienced with Kotlin.
• Proficiency in at least one additional language or framework such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Holding a bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) and prior software development experience is a plus.
