About the role
As a People Experience Coordinator you will support the daily operations of a global People team, ensuring a smooth employee journey from onboarding through off‑boarding. This 6‑month fixed‑term role focuses on delivering reliable administrative services while driving automation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal moves, and off‑boarding.
- Maintain data integrity across people systems such as Workday and Jira Service Management.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and empathetic support.
- Identify system friction points and implement automation or AI solutions to reduce manual effort.
- Drive continuous improvements in Workday, JSM, and related workflows.
- Update internal knowledge bases and documentation to ensure accurate guidance for the workforce.
Required profile
- Background in human resources, people operations, or a related administrative field.
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management and Workday (or comparable systems).
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude toward process improvement.
