People Experience Coordinator – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

As a People Experience Coordinator you will support the daily operations of a global People team, ensuring a smooth employee journey from onboarding through off‑boarding. This 6‑month fixed‑term role focuses on delivering reliable administrative services while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal moves, and off‑boarding.
• Maintain data integrity across people systems such as Workday and Jira Service Management.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and empathetic support.
• Identify system friction points and implement automation or AI solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Drive continuous improvements in Workday, JSM, and related workflows.
• Update internal knowledge bases and documentation to ensure accurate guidance for the workforce.

Required profile

• Background in human resources, people operations, or a related administrative field.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and Workday (or comparable systems).
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude toward process improvement.
