About the role
As a People Experience Coordinator you will support the daily operations of a global People team, ensuring smooth onboarding, internal moves, and off‑boarding for employees worldwide. This 6‑month fixed‑term position focuses on maintaining data integrity, handling employee queries, and enabling regional teams to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, internal transfers, and off‑boarding.
- Maintain accurate data in People systems such as Workday and Jira Service Management.
- Identify system friction points and implement automation or AI solutions to reduce manual work.
- Drive continuous improvements within Workday, JSM, and related workflows.
- Update internal knowledge bases and documentation to provide reliable guidance.
Required profile
- Background in human resources, people operations, or a related administrative field.
- Experience with Jira Service Management and Workday (or comparable HR platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and high data‑accuracy standards.
- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
