People & Culture Business Partner – Clandeboye

About the role

As a People & Culture Business Partner at Fonterra’s Clandeboye site, you will drive the people strategy for one of the company’s largest manufacturing locations. Working closely with senior leaders, you will embed workforce planning, capability development and culture transformation into daily operations, ensuring the workforce is aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning at scale, developing data‑driven, end‑to‑end workforce strategies.
• Embed capability building and high‑performance practices into site operations.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on people solutions, engagement and change management.
• Design and implement culture‑transformation programmes in a unionised environment.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to anticipate workforce needs and deliver organisational solutions with measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong business insight and a passion for enabling performance.
• Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and delivering large‑scale HR programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead culture transformation in unionised settings.
• Data‑driven, outcomes‑focused with strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Business‑focused and employee‑centric, able to translate strategy into practical action.
