People & Culture Business Partner – ANZ Field Sales

About the role

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support its ANZ Field Sales, corporate and manufacturing operations from Auckland. In this hands‑on business partnering role you will be the local face of People & Culture in New Zealand, working closely with leaders in Australia and New Zealand to deliver practical HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with field sales, corporate and manufacturing leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance, conduct, attendance and change management.
• Guide managers through New Zealand employment law, industrial requirements and internal HR processes.
• Build leadership capability at frontline and senior levels.
• Support people programs including performance, development, wellbeing, remuneration and engagement.
• Use people data and insights to identify risks and inform workforce planning.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and industrial relations.
• Hands‑on experience in employee relations and coaching leaders.
• Ability to work independently with a leader based in Australia.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
