People and Culture Business Partner – HR Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources professional with a passion for systems to join our Field Services division. In this role you will provide trusted HR advice while overseeing HRIS support, system enhancements, reporting and analytics to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and staff on employment relations, talent development, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
• Administer, optimise and continuously improve HR systems including PayGlobal, ESS, SAP, Elmo and related reporting tools.
• Prepare and analyse payroll, workforce and people metrics to support informed business decision‑making.
• Deliver HRIS support, system enhancements and analytics, including dashboards and people metrics.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline (or currently studying).
• 2‑3 years advisory HR experience in an operationally focused environment.
• At least 2 years experience supporting payroll, HRIS or other digital business systems.
• Strong knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑focused approach.
