Payroll & Systems Coordinator – Parental Leave Cover

About the role

The Payroll & Systems Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end payroll processes and maintain HR systems for Millbrook. This fixed‑term position covers parental leave and offers the chance to support both payroll accuracy and system efficiency in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process full payroll cycles, including leave, terminations and reporting.
• Respond to payroll queries and support system users across the business.
• Perform regular reconciliations, year‑end processes and ensure compliance.
• Maintain employee records in payroll and HR systems, troubleshoot issues and drive system improvements.
• Prepare accurate data reports and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Assist People & Culture administration, audits, compliance and visa tracking.
• Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of payroll experience.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
• Clear communicator who works well with others and can work independently.
• Confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
