About the role

The Patient Assistant works at the clinic entrance in Khamis Mushait, ensuring patients are received warmly and guided safely to the treatment area. This full‑time, permanent position supports daily clinical operations by handling patient flow, meals, medication delivery, and equipment upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Receive patients at the clinic’s main entrance and escort them to the treatment area.
• Show a welcoming attitude to patients and their families.
• Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area.
• Assist with patient needs, including distribution of meals according to the schedule.
• Support medication delivery and complete required documentation.
• Maintain clinic equipment and assets, such as wheelchairs, in good condition.
• Help with daily delivery of consumables from the warehouse to the treatment area.

Required profile

• Demonstrates a welcoming attitude towards patients and their families.
• Respectfully ensures family members do not enter the treatment area.
• Capable of assisting with patient needs, meal distribution, and medication delivery while maintaining proper documentation.
• Maintains clinic equipment such as wheelchairs in good condition.
