Part‑time Customer Success Manager – Martech SaaS

About the role

Storyteq is seeking a part‑time Customer Success Manager to join its APAC team in Auckland. You will be the trusted advisor for Martech clients, ensuring they extract real value from the Storyteq platform, feel supported, and grow their usage over time.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships across a portfolio of key Martech clients.
• Monitor client health, identify risks, and drive consistent value delivery.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives for new and existing customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for queries and support requests.
• Support upsell conversations by uncovering client needs and expansion opportunities.
• Guide clients through system enhancements, new features, and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with the APAC team on delivery, escalations, and product feedback.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in HubSpot and contribute to health reporting.

Required profile

• Background in SaaS, Martech, or a technical client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services within a tech environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on building trust.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, collaborative team.
• Understanding of digital marketing, content production, or agency workflows is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) proficiency
