About the role

Join Hendrickson Asia Pacific as a Parts Interpreter / Customer Service representative in East Tamaki, Auckland. This full‑time, on‑site position blends technical knowledge of parts with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret and clarify parts inquiries from customers and internal teams.
  • Provide accurate information on part specifications, availability, and ordering procedures.
  • Assist customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
