About the role
Bailey Nelson is looking for a part-time Optical Assistant to join its Queenstown team. The role sits at the heart of the customer experience, helping people find their perfect frames and supporting their eyecare needs. The position is based in Frankton, near Queenstown.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers find their perfect frames
- Support customers' eyecare needs
- Deliver a positive, memorable experience at every visit
Required profile
- Experience in retail, hospitality or a similar field, with a customer-first mindset
- Optical experience is a plus but not required; the company will teach those keen to learn
- Availability to work across Thursday to Monday
- Reliable and adaptable, able to support the team during peak trading periods
