About the role
Join the Paint & Décor team at Mega Queenstown as a full‑time Sales Assistant. You will help customers find the right products, inspire their projects, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend paint, décor items and solutions based on customer needs.
- Provide product knowledge, inspiration and advice to shoppers.
- Handle manual tasks such as stocking and moving merchandise safely.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Can‑do attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical fitness for occasional manual handling.
