About the role

Key responsibilities

• Recommend paint, décor items and solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide product knowledge, inspiration and advice to shoppers.
• Handle manual tasks such as stocking and moving merchandise safely.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical fitness for occasional manual handling.
