Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

Join Pulse Energy’s fast‑paced, people‑first team as an Outbound Sales Specialist. You’ll drive outbound telesales, managing your own pipeline and building strong customer relationships to connect Kiwis with electricity, broadband and gas services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Build rapport and trust to convert leads into loyal customers.
• Manage and track your sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Share customer insights to help shape future marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Full working rights in New Zealand.
• Excellent communication skills – confident, clear and customer‑focused.
• Experience in sales, customer service or phone‑based roles, or a strong willingness to step into sales.
