Online Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand’s e‑commerce fulfilment team. In this role you will pick and pack online orders, ensuring accuracy, speed and safety while supporting a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently in the online fulfilment centre.
• Verify product availability, report out‑of‑stock items and suggest suitable substitutions.
• Communicate order‑related queries with other departments such as inventory and customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to stand and move on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude and a welcoming smile.
