Online Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. In this role you will pick and pack online orders, ensuring each customer receives the right items quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate any out‑of‑stock items, substitutions or enquiries to relevant departments.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Work on your feet for the duration of each shift, typically 2 PM‑6 PM on scheduled days.
• Provide a friendly and helpful attitude to both customers and team members.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to stand for the entire shift and handle physical tasks.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a welcoming smile.
