About the role

Join the New Vehicle Sales team at Hawkes Bay Toyota Napier and help customers drive away in the latest Toyota models. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with high‑demand vehicles such as the new Hilux and RAV4 while building a strong sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships that generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing sales team to meet dealership targets.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of the Napier Toyota dealership.

Required profile

• Full NZ driver’s licence and NZ citizenship or residency.
• Confident communicator who naturally builds rapport.
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to succeed.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous, but a strong attitude is essential.
