.NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer to join our Technology team. This senior, client‑facing position focuses on delivering high‑quality API‑driven solutions and providing technical leadership across modern engineering environments. You will shape solution design, guide development teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of .NET‑based applications and APIs, especially for external partner integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Review and contribute to solution architecture and design decisions.
• Drive best practices in modern engineering, including DevSecOps and cloud‑native development.
• Support delivery in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

• Ability to lead and mentor teams while remaining hands‑on.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
