National Operations Manager – Wellington

About the role

Talent Right is seeking a National Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across its growing multi‑site business in New Zealand. Based in Lower Hutt, you will shape systems, people and performance across hire, logistics, production and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide national leadership for hiring, logistics, production and service functions.
• Influence and improve systems, processes and performance across multiple locations.
• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks to support recent business growth.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategy with overall company objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operations management within manufacturing, transport or logistics environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑site teams and drive national initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of building scalable operations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
