About the role
Service Foods, a leading Kiwi‑owned foodservice business, is seeking a National Key Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic national customers and drive new business growth across New Zealand. This high‑impact position offers genuine visibility and long‑term career potential within a values‑led, growth‑focused organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic national accounts, delivering revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and execute account plans that strengthen long‑term partnerships.
- Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders across complex customer groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and ensure excellent national service outcomes.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the national customer base.
Required profile
- Proven success in account management, business development or strategic B2B sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, margin and negotiation.
- Ability to grow existing accounts while actively hunting new opportunities.
- Polished communication and presentation skills, credible with senior stakeholders.
- Disciplined, proactive and accountable approach with solid CRM and sales‑planning habits.
