About the role
Jack Link’s is seeking a National Business Manager to lead its New Zealand and Pacific sales strategy. Based at the company’s Auckland office and manufacturing site in Māngere, you will drive growth for a global protein‑snacking brand across key retail and distribution partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for New Zealand and Pacific markets.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with major retailers and distributors.
- Own commercial performance, including revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Finance and Operations to launch new products and activation plans.
- Lead, coach and develop the New Zealand sales team to foster a high‑performance culture.
Required profile
- Experienced FMCG professional with a strong commercial mindset.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
