National Accounts Manager

About the role

This National Accounts Manager position offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead high‑impact commercial conversations and build long‑term partnerships that drive growth. You will work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, manage national customer plans and collaborate with wholesale partners to bring the company’s ambition to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for national accounts and key growth partnerships.
• Drive acquisition, retention and contract renewal activities.
• Lead RFP processes, negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Develop joint business plans with major customers and wholesale partners.
• Partner with Field Sales teams to ensure flawless market execution.
• Deliver performance targets for volume, revenue and margin.
• Contribute actively to the On‑Premises Leadership team.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and sales capability.
• Proven experience in national account management.
• Demonstrated success in negotiation and business development.
• Ability to align internal stakeholders and work across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical judgement and commercial insight.
• Experience in FMCG or liquor industry is highly regarded.
