National Accounts Manager

About the role
The National Accounts Manager will shape and execute the strategy for DB Breweries' national accounts and key growth partnerships across New Zealand. Working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, you will drive commercial conversations, manage wholesaler relationships and translate strategic plans into measurable market results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for national accounts and high‑potential growth partnerships.
- Drive acquisition, retention and contract renewal activities.
- Manage RFP processes, negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Develop joint business plans with key customers and wholesale partners.
- Collaborate with Field Sales teams to ensure flawless market execution.
- Deliver performance targets for volume, revenue and margin.
- Contribute actively to the On‑Premises Leadership team.
Required profile
- Strong commercial and sales capability.
- Proven experience in national account management and business development.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and contract management.
- Ability to influence and align internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working across cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical capability and commercial judgement.
- Experience in FMCG or liquor industry is highly regarded.
