About the role
Galderma is seeking a National Account Manager to lead its consumer portfolio across New Zealand. You will own key customer relationships, drive commercial performance and translate market insights into actionable plans. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing and supply, offering a fast‑paced environment where your impact is visible.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts nationwide.
- Develop customer plans that support sales, market share and profitable growth.
- Create compelling customer presentations and commercial recommendations.
- Oversee promotional plans, trade spend and customer activations.
- Monitor category trends, competitor activity and emerging market opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience in key account management, preferably within FMCG, OTC, consumer health or skincare.
- Strong commercial understanding of sales targets, forecasting, promotional planning and trade spend.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence both customers and internal teams.
- Proactive mindset with a talent for spotting opportunities and taking ownership.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and confidence with data analysis.
