Mid-Market Account Manager – NetSuite

About the role

As a Mid‑Market Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of around 80 existing NetSuite customers. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs and drive revenue through renewals and upsells while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C‑level relationships, articulating NetSuite’s value proposition.
• Renew assigned accounts and sell additional modules and services to expand the NetSuite footprint.
• Mentor Emerging Account Managers and support Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with partners, solution consultants, customer success and other internal stakeholders to deliver value‑add solutions.
• Conduct Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews to identify upsell opportunities.
• Generate, manage and forecast pipeline in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Administer NetSuite CRM (opportunities, renewals, customer information).
• Travel as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record of strong sales performance and consistently meeting quotas and KPIs.
• Experience selling to C‑level executives and business owners.
• Analytical mindset with solid Excel experience.
• Structured, methodical sales process and ability to discuss ROI.
• Team player with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Open to candidates from software, telecommunications, media, recruitment or similar industries.
